Onsite Service Areas

 

IT Authority currently offers services to multiple areas, rates depending on area. Please call for pricing on call out fees.

• Area 1: Gordonvale to Palm Cove and Kuranda.
• Area 2: Innisfail, Mossman, Atherton and Mareeba.
• Area 3: Tully, Mission Beach, Daintree and Ravenshoe.

Services on call to other areas can be arranged and costs will be negotiated.

 

Cheaper rates apply for continuous jobs (more than 4 hours) and In-house (workshop) work.

 

 

Business Hours and After Hours Service

 

Normal business hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

On call and after hours service is available to our service agreement customers.  For all non-service agreement customers, an after hours hourly rate applies and is subject to booking schedule availability.
